2. Orders and Service Requests

Customers may place orders or request services through our website, contact form, phone, email, social media, or direct communication with our team.

All orders are subject to availability, design schedule, flower seasonality, delivery area, and confirmation from Orchard Florist.

For custom floral arrangements, wedding flowers, and event decoration services, we may require additional information such as event date, location, color palette, floral preference, guest count, table count, delivery time, setup requirements, and budget.

3. Product Availability and Substitutions

Flowers are natural products and may vary based on season, market availability, weather conditions, and supplier inventory.

While we always do our best to match the requested style, color, and flower selection, Orchard Florist reserves the right to make substitutions when necessary. Any substituted flowers will be selected with care and will maintain the overall design, color palette, quality, and value of the original arrangement as closely as possible.

Because flowers are fresh and natural, slight variations in size, color, shape, and appearance may occur.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website or provided through a quote are subject to change without prior notice unless a written agreement or confirmed invoice has been issued.

Pricing may depend on flower type, seasonality, design complexity, quantity, vase or container selection, delivery distance, setup requirements, labor, installation needs, and event timing.

Custom wedding and event floral pricing may require a consultation before a final quote is provided.

5. Taxes, Delivery Fees, and Additional Charges

Applicable sales tax may be added to orders as required by law.

Delivery fees, setup fees, installation fees, rush order fees, service fees, rental fees, or additional labor charges may apply depending on the order type, location, timing, and service requirements.

The final total will be shown in the invoice, checkout page, or written quote before payment is completed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required to confirm most orders. For custom events, weddings, and large floral services, a deposit may be required to reserve the event date.

The remaining balance, payment deadline, and payment schedule will be stated in the invoice or written agreement.

Orders or services may not be processed, prepared, delivered, or installed until the required payment or deposit has been received.

7. Wedding and Event Bookings

For weddings, corporate events, hotel decoration, and large celebrations, a signed agreement, approved proposal, and deposit may be required.

Event dates are reserved only after Orchard Florist confirms the booking and receives the required deposit or payment.

Changes to event orders, including flower selection, color palette, quantity, delivery time, setup location, and design details, must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes are subject to flower availability, production schedule, and additional cost.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Because flowers are perishable and many floral orders are custom-prepared, cancellations and refunds may be limited.

For standard flower orders, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible before the arrangement has been prepared or delivered.

For weddings, events, and custom floral services, deposits may be non-refundable because they reserve the event date, design time, planning time, and supplier preparation.

Refund eligibility depends on the order status, type of service, timing of cancellation, and whether flowers or materials have already been purchased or prepared.

9. Delivery Policy

Orchard Florist will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on the requested date and within the requested delivery window. However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, incorrect address information, building access, recipient availability, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, complete address, access instructions, event venue details, and preferred delivery time.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, no recipient availability, restricted access, or other customer-related issues, additional delivery charges may apply.

10. Event Setup and Installation

For event decoration and floral installation, customers are responsible for ensuring that Orchard Florist has access to the venue at the agreed setup time.

The customer must provide accurate venue information, loading instructions, parking details, setup schedule, contact person, and any venue rules or restrictions.

Orchard Florist is not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues, vendor conflicts, incorrect setup information, weather conditions, or restrictions not communicated in advance.

11. Rentals, Vases, and Decorative Items

Some vases, stands, arches, candles, containers, and decorative items may be provided as rental items unless stated otherwise.

Rental items must be returned in good condition or made available for pickup at the agreed time. Lost, damaged, broken, or missing rental items may result in replacement or repair charges.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, invoices, proposals, event dates, delivery addresses, quantities, color preferences, and service details before confirming an order.

Customers must notify Orchard Florist immediately if any information is incorrect.

For event services, customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary venue approvals, permits, insurance requirements, access permissions, and setup permissions.

13. Photos and Portfolio Use

Orchard Florist may photograph completed floral arrangements, event installations, bouquets, centerpieces, and decoration work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

We respect customer privacy and will not intentionally publish private personal information without permission.

If you prefer that your event or arrangement not be used for portfolio or promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the event or delivery date.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, floral designs, branding, graphics, logos, and design concepts, belongs to Orchard Florist or its respective content owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content, images, branding, or floral design materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Customers are responsible for informing Orchard Florist of any known allergy concerns or venue restrictions before placing an order or confirming an event service.

Some flowers, plants, or decorative materials may be unsafe for pets or children if ingested. Customers are responsible for keeping arrangements and decorative items in a safe location.
